卫星相机快门装置的谐响应分析

     

摘要

快门装置是卫星相机的关键部件,不仅要保证其运行强度可靠性,而且要保证成像清晰,因此要求快门装置保持极高的运动精度.为了研究卫星相机快门装置动态性能,对快门装置进行了谐响应分析,分别得到了快门装置关键点沿快门装置虚拟轴X、y、Z方向的位移谐响应曲线.在有限元建模中采用以弹簧单元代替滚珠的滚动轴承部件的简化建模方法.根据分析结果讨论了快门装置的谐响应特性,为验证和改善快门装置的动态性能提供了一定的参考依据.%Shutter apparatus are key components in satellite camera shutter device,which not only enquires the operation strength reliability,but also needs the image clarity,so the shutter device is asked to keep high accuracy.To research the dynamic performannce of satellite camera shutter apparatus,the harmonic response of shutter apparatus is analyzed.The harmonic displacement curves in X,Y and Z directions of shutter apparatus on Key point of the apparatus are obtained respectively.In addition,a simplified modeling method about ball bearing using spring elements to replace the balls is used in this paper.According to the results,the harmonic response characteristics of shutter apparatus have been discussed,which can be the reference to verify and improve the dynamic performance of the satellite camera shutter apparatus.
