发动机缸体加工工艺研究

     

摘要

With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the flexible production line has been increasingly used in manufacturing of the key components of auto-engine. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the structure, the technical requirements and characteristics of mechanical machining, manufacture process is deeply researched By using composite tools, tools with on-line monitoring and compensation, technology of replacement of locating pin holes, flexible clamps and other advanced manufacturing technology, the mechanical machining methods and process are optimized, and the machining process routes are finally formulated, the overall layout of the production line is planned and the flexible production line of engine cylinder block is finally built, which can commendably fulfill the engine cylinder block manufacturing requirements of multi-species, high-volume and low-cost.%随着汽车工业的飞速发展,柔性自动加工生产线已越来越多地应用于汽车关键零部件的生产制造中.通过分析发动机缸体的结构特点、工艺技术要求和加工特点等,深入研究缸体的加工工艺.运用复合刀具、刀具在线监测和补偿、定位销孔替代工艺和柔性夹具等技术,对缸体的加工工艺方法和加工流程进行优化,制定了合理的加工工艺路线并规划了生产线的整体布局,最终构建一条柴油发动机缸体柔性加工生产线,很好地满足了发动机缸体“多品种、大批量、低成本”的生产要求.
