复杂模块辐射散热的等效建模方法

     

摘要

With the development of electronic technology, more and more attentions are paid to the thermal issues of electronic products, and the technology of computer simulation provides an effective approach to solve the problem of overheating of electronic products. Radiation is taken more and more attention as an important means of heat cooling. The traditional analytical methods are difficult to solve for those complex modules, 50 simulation methods must be relied on. According to the theories of radiation heat, the solution is derived about multi-surface radiation heat formula. The method through correcting the amendment emissivity to simplify the model is gotten. The results show that using this method can reflect temperature field of the model more accurately, and the grid number, computation time are substantially reduced compared with the exact model. It is valuable to engineering application.%随着电子技术的发展,电子产品的散热问题越来越受到人们的重视,而计算机仿真技术为解决电子产品过热的问题提供了有效手段,辐射散热作为一项重要的散热手段,也越来越被重视,对于那些复杂的模块,传统的解析法很难求解,所以要借助仿真的方法,根据辐射散热的相关理论,推导出多表面系统辐射散热的求解公式,得到通过修正发射率对模型进行简化的方法,结果表明,运用方法能较准确地反应模型温度场,并且网格数量、计算时间跟精确模型相比大幅减少,具有一定的工程应用价值.
