长距离磁阵列位置传感系统自动诊断技术

             

摘要

在长距离磁阵列位置传感系统实际应用中,磁阵列的长度范围为几米至几百米,且有时处于干扰较大的工业环境中,尽管采用了金属铝外壳对电磁波进行屏蔽,但磁阵列的扫描电路仍有可能因外部环境及内部电路干扰而产生错误结果.介绍了一种自动诊断技术,采用节地址与扫描输出信号回传的方案,创新性的设计了相应的自动诊断硬件电路以及诊断算法,通过人为设置错误所进行的实验表明,该方案能够正确查出扫描输出信号因电路干扰或损坏所发生的错误,因而,能保证系统定位的准确性和可靠性.该成果在长距离磁阵列位置传感系统中具有很好的实用前景.%In practical, applications of long-distance magnetic array positioning system,magnetic array length range is within a few meters to hundreds of meters, and sometimes in the interference of large industrial environment, even though the metal aluminum shell shields the electromagnetic wave, the scanning results may be wrong because of internal and external interference. A kind of automatic diagnosis technology is introduced,using the method of returning the section address and scanning output signal,and innovatively designing the automatic diagnosis hardware circuit and diagnosis algorithm,and the experiment with setting artificial faults indicate that it can correctly detect the faults caused by circuit interference and damage; therefore ,it can ensure reliability of the system positioning. It has the bright practicality future to use this technology in long-distance magnetic array position sensing system.
