负泊松比蜂窝结构覆盖层的动态压缩行为研究

     

摘要

In order to increase the vitality and safety of the ship, the protective covering layer made of certain material on the wet surface of the ship could resist the impact to some degree. A negative Poisson's ratio honeycomb structure has been developed and a mechanics properties analysis theoretical model of honeycomb was established, It is meaningful to study the behavior of the dynamic compression of the periodical spread structure by using the software of finite element to modeling and simulation, then getting the changeable characteristics of the physical parameters, unit node displacement, acceleration, the whole momentum, changing over the time after the analysis procedure of the dynamic compression. the result shows that the different initial velocity would react differently to the spread structure of covering layer ;in the same load and the dynamic compression would become more obvious under the increase of initial velocity. The results played an instructive role in understanding the dynamic behavior of cladding,and provided a reference for further optimal design of this structure on an anti-shock layer coated on wet surface of a submarine.%为提高舰船的生命力及安全性,在舰船湿表面敷设某种材料的防护覆盖层,能起到一定的抗冲击作用.提出了一种负泊松比蜂窝结构,建立了该结构的力学分析模型,利用有限元软件建模及仿真,研究周期分布空腔结构覆盖层的动态压缩行为,分析其在动态压缩过程中,单元节点位移、加速度以及能量等物理参数随时间的变化特性.研究结果表明,在相同的载荷,不同的初速度作用下覆盖层结构响应不同;随着初速度的增加,覆盖层结构的动态压缩行为表现愈加明显.该研究结果对此类覆盖层结构的动力学特性具有一定的指导作用,同时可对潜艇湿表面抗冲覆盖层结构的进一步优化设计提供参考.
