A scheme about"abandoning lines to protect electric poles"and its device was developed as needed to protect electric poles from collapsing in transmission and distribution line. The core components were made up with a cutting edge shaft and an annular ring was locked above. Make a detailed study about the deformation of the ring under the outside load then got the displacement function of it, especially the maximum deformation. By changing the relevant geometric parameters of the annular ring to get different curves of displacement functions. Finally, after building the experiment in mechanics, the changing details of force was arrived and it verified the feasibility of the scheme, and then presented some points for designing the transitional step of the cutting edge shaft, so as to provide the reference basis of the device of"abandoning lines to protect electric poles".%根据配网线路防风防倒杆技术的需要,提出有关"弃线保杆"方案及其装置,其核心部件主要由套在削边轴上的环形圈构成.对环形圈在受到外界载荷作用下的变形过程进行详细研究,得出环形圈变形位移函数,并得到最大形变量.通过改变环形圈相关几何参数能得到不同的变形位移曲线.最后建立力学测试模拟实验,得到装置在动作过程中的力学变化规律,验证了装置的可行性,并提出削边轴台阶过渡处的设计注意点,为"弃线保杆"装置的推广应用提供了参考依据.
