环形自激振荡射流泵内部流动特性的数值模拟

         

摘要

The annular jet pump and the advantage of the self-excited oscillation jet is combined to put forward a new type of jet pump,and the method of numerical simulation was conducted to study the performance and efficiency of the new type of jet pump as well as the law of the flow parameter changes inside the flow field under different flow rate ratio.Results show that the different working conditions have great influence on the performance of the new type of jet pump,and the biggest pump efficiency increases by about 2% when compared with the traditional jet pump,also determines the optimum working condition between 0.48 and 0.7;With the increase of sucked flow,the pressure coefficient in the flow field decreases gradually,and that the pressure drop increases at the same time causes part of the energy loss;Two strands of the jet at the entrance of the self-excited oscillation chamber mixed zone has obvious change while each section momentum correction coefficient gradually stabilizes,and the jet flow mainly mix uniformity in the Outlet pipe.%将环形射流泵和自激振荡射流的优势相结合提出了一种新型射流泵,通过数值模拟的方法研究了不同流量比工况下新型射流泵的性能和效率以及流场内部流动参数的规律变化.结果表明:不同的工况条件对新型射流泵的性能有着较大的影响,最大泵效相比于传统射流泵增大了2%左右,确定了较优工况条件为0.48≤q≤0.7;随着被吸流量的增大,流场中压力系数逐渐降低,压降增大的同时也造成了部分能量损失;两股射流在自激振荡腔室入口处的混合区范围有着明显变化,各截面动量修正系数逐渐趋于稳定,在出水管处射流基本混合均匀.
