秸秆揉碎机抛送叶轮应力应变分析与优化设计

         

摘要

In the working process of impeller blower throwing material,impeller is the core working component of impeller blower.The stress-strain of impeller directly affects the strength and life of the whole impeller blower.An impeller applied to the Straw Rub and Breaking Machine was taken as the research object,based on ANSYS Workbench,the stress and strain was analyzed and response surface method was used to optimize structural parameters ofthe impeller.The results show that:blade thickness has the biggest influence on the Equivalent Stress,Total Deformation and Geometry Mass,frame board thickness is the second,and frame board radius is the smallest.After optimization,the Maximum Equivalent Stress of impeller is reduced,the Total Deformation is reduced,and the Geometry Mass of impeller is reducea.The study can provide reference for optimization design and improvement of working performace of impeller.%叶片式抛送装置抛送物料的过程中,作为主要工作部件的抛送叶轮的应力应变直接影响整个叶片式抛送装置的强度及寿命.以秸秆揉碎机抛送装置中的抛送叶轮为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench对影响叶轮强度特性的应力应变进行分析,并利用响应面法对其进行了优化设计.研究表明:叶片厚度对等效应力、总变形量及叶轮质量的影响最大,架板厚度次之,架板半径最小;优化后叶轮最大等效应力下降,总变形量减小,叶轮质量减小.该研究可为叶轮结优化设计和改善抛送装置工作性能提供参考.
