A utomatic knitting machine,a new computerized knitting machine,is designed for family workshops to reduce the investment of equipment and to reduce user operation training Knitting principle of the machine is similar to hand knitting machine,but it can achieve automatic weaving,continuous weaving and fault alarm.Firstly,the main composition of the full machine knitting is destructed,and key function of them is described,which is compared with computer flat knitting machines.Secondly,the specific processes of the automatic machine knitting are analyzed,especially for some representative processes.Finally,according to the function of automatic machine knitting,a kind of scheme is put forward to realize the control system.%对于传统的家庭作坊毛织企业用户而言,研发的全自动收花机操作简单、花型编辑不用学习,减少用户的操作培训工作,并降低设备投入成本.该机编织原理与手摇横机类似,但可实现自动编织、连续编织和故障报警,从而减少了人力投入.首先,将该机与单系统横机进行比对,分解其主要部件,并重点阐述;其次,分析编织工艺的需求,对于“收花”、“坑条加针”等有代表性的工艺进行重点介绍;最后,根据上述功能需求,提出了一种可行的控制系统实施方案.
