人-机系统串联生产线可用度分析及产能研究

         

摘要

Adopted the series production line consisting of man-machine system unit as a research object, built a man-machine serial production line reliability model. Based on SRK model, we got the human error probability interval, applied the BAYES method to prove the error rate of human can be approximated to constant, put forward both people's reliability and reparability obey exponential distribution. Worked out the failure rate and repair rate of the man-machine system unit. Combined with the state transition of buffer pool, used the Markov process to solve the intermediate buffer, state transition probability of the man-machine system unit, obtained the steady-state availability of man-machine serial production line, proposed the correction factor and its solving method of the steady-state availability of production line. Based on the production capacity calculation method of the traditional production line, put forward a new method which is based on the steady-state availability of the human-machine system in series production line,verified it's rationality by an example.%以人-机系统单元组成的串联生产线为研究对象,建立人-机串联生产线可靠性模型.基于SRK模型,得到人为差错概率区间,应用BAYES方法证明在这一区间人因失误率可近似为常数,提出人的可靠性和恢复性均服从指数分布,求出人-机系统单元的失效率和修复率.结合缓冲库的状态转移,运用马尔科夫过程对中间缓冲库、人-机系统单元的状态转移概率求解,解析得出人-机系统串联生产线的稳态可用度,并提出生产线稳态可用度的修正系数及其求解方法.在传统生产线产能计算方法的基础上,提出基于人-机系统串联生产线稳态可用度的产能计算方法,通过实例验证了其合理性.
