Allocation optimization of hydraulic manifold block (HMB) is the foundation for optimization design of HMB.This paper establishes a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization with performance constraints according to the structural feature of HMB and design character.Then the mathematical model was solved by niching genetic simulated annealing algorithm (NGSA).The example given in this paper indicates that the layout optimization of HMB can be well completed by NGSA,which provides a reference for allocation design.%根据液压集成块的结构及其设计特点,建立了集成块布局优化中带性能约束的多目标优化数学模型,并利用小生境遗传模拟退火算法对提出的数学模型进行了求解.实例表明,利用小生境遗传模拟退火算法可以很好完成集成块的布局优化,为集成块布局设计提供了参考依据.
