不锈钢电热水壶自动化机械抛光工艺试验研究

     

摘要

The electric kettles' market prospect is extremely broad, but the traditional manual polishing seriously restrict the development of the industry. According to the actual background of the electric kettle's industrial production, the automatic polishing system of electric kettle was developed. The electric kettle's material composition and polishing characteristics were analyzed. Based on this polishing system, the corresponding experiments was done to research the influence of process parameters, such as grinding depth, abrasive tangent speed, workpiece rotating speed and axial feeding speed on polishing quality. The orthogonal test was used to choose the best process parameters, which improved the polishing quality and efficiency. It provides theoretical basis for automatic polishing process of stainless-steel electric kettle and other congeneric products.%摘要:电热水壶市场前景极为广阔,传统的手工抛光方式严重制约了该行业的发展.针对电热水壶生产的实际背景,开发电热水壶自动化机械抛光系统.分析不锈钢电热水壶的材料成分和抛光特点,基于该抛光系统进行相应的试验,研究磨削深度、磨具切线速度、工件转速和轴向进给速度等工艺参数对抛光质量的影响.利用正交试验方法完成了工艺参数的优选,提高了抛光质量和效率,为电热水壶及其他同类产品自动化机械抛光工艺提供了理论依据.
