大型风力机阀控马达变桨距负载模拟器仿真研究

             

摘要

针对基于比例阀控液压马达的大型风力机变桨距负载模拟系统进行仿真研究.首先建立风速仿真模型,确定系统的输入形式,然后通过对桨叶变桨距过程中所承受的负载进行理论分析与计算,获得负载模拟系统的目标参数,最后对变桨距比例阀控液压马达负载模拟系统进行仿真研究,建立了主要元件与系统的AMESim仿真模型.通过仿真分析验证了比例阀控液压马达系统用于大型风力机变桨距负载模拟的可行性.%The simulation of large scale wind turbine pitch-controlled lode simulator system based on proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motor system has been formed in this paper.Firstly,wind speed simulation model was build and the system input form was confirmed.Secondly,the theoretical analysis and calculation of wind turbine pitch control load was presented,and the parameters of the load simulationwere confirmed.Finally,the wind turbine pitch control load simulator system with proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motor was studied by simulation.The AMESim simulation model of the load simulator system was established.The simulation analysis verified the feasibility of proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motor system used in large scale wind turbine pitch-controlled load simulator system.
