三坐标测量机在压力释放盘曲面反求上的应用研究

摘要

Taking the curve of pressure relief disc as an example, reverse engineering application on complex surface of three coordinates measuring machine ( CMM) was discussed, and the testing method of reversing engineering products introduced. While importing the reconstructed surface model for the CMM application software, the dot matrix data would be measured and processed to generate three-dimension entity and machining program. Then the completed program can be transmitted to numerical control equipment to get end-products.%以压力释放盘曲线为例,论述了三坐标测量机在复杂曲面反求上的应用,并介绍了逆向产品的检验方法.把重建的曲面模型导入三坐标测量机的应用软件,将三坐标测量机测得的点阵数据处理后生成三维实体及加工程序,然后将程序传到数控设备上进行产品加工.
