一种石油远程测控系统的研究

         

摘要

为低成本实现石油流量的远程测控,借助虚拟仪器技术、计算机技术、通信技术等,设计了以虚拟仪器为核心的远程石油流量测控系统方案.该系统中,通过At90can128单片机进行数据采集,通过cn总线进行数据传输,利用PC机和Lab Windows/CVI软件进行数据处理和分析,同时向执行机构发送指令,使其作出相应的动作.该测控系统结构简单,操作方便,准确性、可靠性高,具有很高的实用价值,将为石油工业安全生产提供有力保障.%In order to reduce cost, a type of remote monitoring & controlling system for petroleum flow was developed based on technologies of virtual instrument, computer and communication etc. In the system, At90CAN128 MCU was used to collect data, the CAN bus was used to transmit data and PC & Lab Windows/CVI were used to fulfill the data analysis & processing. At the same time, the instruction was sent to the actuating device. The system is simple, safe and reliable. It has very high practical value, which provides forceful guarantee for oil industry safety.
