In the two-stage slide valve direct feedback servo valve, the moving coil linear motor has the problems of large weight, small electromagnetic force, long response time and small response speed. Through analyzing permanent magnet placement methods and the permanent magnet magnetization direction, it was found that the magnetic induction line was not uniform distribution, the magnetic flux density was low and not vertical with the coil current direction. Based on current technology, a new type of five rings Halbach magnetic array coil linear motor was presented through placing three groups of coils according to the different axial direction of magnetic induction line. The simulation results of static magnetic field and dynamic characteristics show that the electromagnetic force of the new motor is increased about 2. 5 times than before, step response time is 6 ms, and the bandwidth is 277 Hz.%直接反馈两级滑阀式电液伺服阀的动圈式直线力马达存在质量比较大、电磁力小、响应时间长和响应速度慢的问题.通过分析传统动圈式直线力马达的永磁体放置方法及其永磁体磁化方向,发现磁力线分布不均匀,磁通密度低,而且与线圈电流方向不垂直.在现有的技术基础上,提出根据磁力线方向的异同在轴向放置3组线圈,形成一种新型五环型Halbach磁化阵列动圈式直线力马达.静态磁场与动态特性的仿真结果表明:新型直线力马达产生的电磁力提高2.5倍左右,阶跃响应时间为6ms,频宽达到277 Hz.
