PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable coil linear motor capable of cooling a coil well.SOLUTION: A movable coil linear motor includes a magnetic field generation member having a magnetic gap generating a magnetic field in a predetermined direction, and a movable coil member having a coil array where multiple coils passing a current in a direction traversing the magnetic field are connected in series, a mold member including the coil array and having a rectangular cross section, and a movable coil member having a jacket member fixed to the side of the mold member facing the magnetic field generation member, where a space capable of fluidizing a refrigerant is formed between the mold member and jacket member, and the mold member has a through hole penetrating from one side to the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
