基于PLC与触摸屏的阀门密封面等离子弧粉末堆焊控制系统设计

         

摘要

分绍阀门密封面等离子弧粉末自动堆焊控制系统的组成及控制过程.该控制系统基于三菱的FX3U系列可编程控制器( PLC)和光洋的触摸屏设计而成.采用三菱的J2S系列伺服放大器和伺服电机组成绝对位置系统,用以控制焊炬摆动和焊炬沿转台的径向移动.转台则由变频器控制.通过触摸屏输入相关参数,控制系统即可对堆焊道数和摆动宽度进行优化以满足堆焊尺寸要求,并自动移动焊炬到起始位置,完成堆焊从开始到结束的全过程.该控制系统操作简单,控制精度高,可靠性高.%The structure and She control process of automatic control system of plasma arc powder surfacing welding for valve sealing surface were introduced. The control system was based on Mitsubishi's FX3U series PLC and Koyo's touch screen. Absolute position systems were formed by utilizing Mitsubishi's J2S series servo amplifier and servo motor to control the torch oscillation and it's moving along radial direction of turntable. Turntable was controlled by inverter. When relevant parameters were inputted into PLC system through touch screen, the oscillating width and the number of surfacing welding were optimized by the system to meet the requirements of surfacing welding in dimension. Meanwhile, the torch was automatically moved to the starting position and the whole procedure of surfacing welding from beginning ty end was fimshed. The control system is characterized by simple operation, high control precision and high reliability.
