分析曲轴箱加工生产线及半精镗加工工艺和要求,针对过去加工工艺的不足及满足不了曲轴箱半精镗加工刚性、精度、效率的要求,改进半精镗加工工艺方法,设计开发一种先进的加工机床,并从机械、电气、液压等几个方面简要介绍其工作原理、主要结构和关键技术.%Old crankcase machining processing and modular machine tools can not meet the requirements in rigidity, precision and efficiency. An improved machining technique for crankcase was presented and a new modular machine lool was designed. Its operating principle, main structure and key techniques were introduced by discussing the mechanical, the electrical and hydraulic systems.
