ZCJ-1400特大型轴承淬火压床是某公司针对最大外径为1 400 mm的大型轴承淬火而研制开发的一种新产品.在分析压床工作原理的基础上,介绍了该压床电、气、液控制系统以及油温控制方法.电气控制部分以两台PLC为核心,利用触摸屏进行通汛,可靠地实现了对主机和机械手的控制.采门j On/Off控制方式和油液强制循环冷却,满足了淬火油温的控制要求.该压床具有自动化程度高、可靠性好、淬火工件质量稳定等显著特点,具有良好的经济效益.%ZCJ-1400 large quenching press is a new product developed by a company for the quenching of large bearing with maximum diameter 1 400 mm. Based on analyzing the principle of the press, the electricity, gas, hydraulic control systems were introduced, as well as oil temperature control method. Two PLC were used as the core of the electrical control part. The touch screen was used to communicate and reliable control to host and robot was achieved. Using the control mode of on/off and the oil forced circulation cooling, the requirements of quenching oil temperature were met. The press has notable features of high degree of automation, reliability, and 6table quenching quality and so on which has significant economic benefits.
