基于最大似然估计算法的电液比例伺服系统参数估计

为了确保比例伺服系统性能可靠,必须监测电液比例伺服系统的临界参数,以判断故障是否会出现.利用最大似然估计方法对系统进行参数估计,获得临界参数的概率分布,从而提高了整个系统的动、静态特性.%The critical parameters of electro-hydraulic proportional servo system must be monitored to ensure system reliability and to judge faults. Maximum likelihood estimation method was used to estimate critical parameters of the system. The probability distributions of the critical parameters were obtained. So the dynamic and static characteristics of the entire system are improved.
