In order to analyze the change of flow rate and pressure that happened when liquid hydrogen flowed through the filter, the model of the liquid hydrogen filling system of launch center was built. The result is the filter has litter influence on flow rate but high influence on pressure. There has a pressure reduction when liquid hydrogen flows through the filter. From this, pressure gauge is suggested to set at two sides of the filter, so the liquidity of liquid hydrogen can be monitored availably. Adopting risk prevention measures, fault of the filter can be found out rapidly. The research result provides technical support for improving ability to deal with accident happened in launch center.%以航天发射场液氢加注系统过滤器为研究对象,从仿真角度研究加注稳态过程中,液氢流经过滤器时的流量和压力参数变化关系.结果表明:稳态时过滤器对加注流量基本无影响,但液氢流过过滤器时会出现压降,在过滤器前后适当位置增设压力传感器能够有效监测过滤器通透情况.采取风险预防措施后能够快速定位过滤器堵塞故障,为提高发射场事故应急处置能力提供技术依据.
