基于SCADA的锅炉液位控制系统设计

摘要

采用A-B公司硬件和罗克韦尔软件完成了无线SCADA系统的设计.在GD230UF无线数传电台测试成功的基础上,完成了点对点主从无线通讯的设计.以锅炉液位控制系统模拟工业现场,通过无线通讯实现锅炉液位的远程监控.经调试运行,系统满足控制要求.%With A-B hardwares and Rockwell software, the design of wireless SCADA system was achieved. On the basis of successful test for GD230UF wireless data transmitte, point to point master/slave wireless SCADA system was designed. Boiler liquid level control system was used to simulate industrial site, the wireless SCADA system was used to realize long-distance monitoring for liquid level. After debugging, the system meets the control requirement.
