旋压机床同步伺服进给控制的研究

         

摘要

Synchronized operation has been widely used in mechanics systems. The synchronization control problems of dual-mo-tor driven were studied through the research of CNC powerful spinning machine. The mathematical model of the servo system was ana-lyzed. The appropriate control plans were chosen,which were the master-slave control strategy and the deviation coupling control mode. Then the control schemes were analyzed in detail from the speed synchronization and torque balanced. Installation and testing results show that this control scheme has advantages of a fast response and small errors in dynamic process. Not only the demands of high-precision synchronous control are met,but also the safety of control systems is improved.%同步控制在机电系统中得到越来越广泛的应用。针对强力数控旋压机床的同步控制问题,研究了双电机驱动同步控制系统。对伺服进给系统的数学模型进行了详细分析,选用了一般主从控制方式和偏差耦合控制方式,并从转速同步和转矩均衡两方面对控制方案进行了详细介绍。安装调试结果表明:此控制方案具有响应速度快、动态过程同步误差小的优点,不仅满足了高精度同步控制的要求,也提高了控制系统的安全系数。
