飞机发动机二工位燃油总管试验器液压控制原理及关键技术的实现方法

     

摘要

The test of flow un-uniformity in fuel manifold is the main testing project for the parameter of aircraft engine fuel mani-fold. Aiming at the testing project and the relevant requirements,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic control system for tester was provided,the hydraulic control components and methods of flow detection suitable using in particular working conditions were sugges-ted,and the ways of working on the closed-loop control of the large-scale pressure were described. According to the specific require-ments of liquid temperature in the inlet of fuel manifold during testing,the working principle of closed-loop temperature control was raised. Two types of fuel manifold can be tested by this testing machine.%飞机发动机燃油总管参数测试中,燃油总管流量不均匀度测试是其主要的测试项目。针对测试项目及相应的测试要求给出了试验器的液压控制系统原理图,提出了适用于特定工作环境的液压控制元件及检测流量的方法,描述了大范围压力闭环控制的工作方式;根据试验过程中对燃油总管入口处液体温度的具体要求,提出了闭环温度控制的工作原理。该试验器可完成两种型号燃油总管的试验工作。
