基于Pro/NC模块的泵体类零件的数控仿真加工

     

摘要

It was described that part solid structure was completed with Pro/E,processing path and NC simulation manufacturing process were simulated with Pro/NC.Taking the pump body parts as an example,parts process was analyzed,the process scheme was determined,the right tools and cutting parameters were chosen,suitable fixture and clamp method were selected.The component processing model was created,the cutter tool path of machining surface was generated.The simulation process for the parts was completed.The results show that the integration of CAD/CAM for parts processing can be realized with this method.%介绍利用Pro/E软件完成零件的实体构造和利用Pro/NC模拟加工路径及数控仿真加工过程.以泵体零件为例,进行了零件的工艺分析,确定工艺方案,选择合适的刀具和切削用量,选用合适的夹具及装夹方式;创建了零件的加工模型,生成加工表面具走刀路径,并完成了零件的仿真加工.结果表明:通过这种方法真正实现了零件加工的CAD/CAM-体化.
