水压试管机排气头装置的位置控制系统研究

摘要

Hydraulic tube test machine is widely used in the field of pipe production.For the lack of pressure control method generally used in hydraulic tube test machine hydraulic control system,the method of position control was put forward,and a simulation for the position control of hydraulic tube test machine was made to explore the its feasibility.It provides reference for the design of hydraulic tube test machine.%水压试管机被广泛应用于钢管生产领域.针对目前水压试管机液压控制系统普遍采用的压力控制方法的不足,提出采用位置控制的方法,并利用AMESim软件对水压试管机位置控制系统进行仿真,探讨了采用位置控制系统的可行性,对水压试管机的设计具有很好的参考价值.
