双介质非对称缸斜椭圆负载电液伺服参数优化设计

         

摘要

When the load being in oval track,the set optimization mathematical model is suitable for symmetric oil cylinder,and fast and accurate reaction control characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo dynamic control mechanism are reflected.But in the research of hydraulic servo dynamic mechanism with double medium pressurization type super high pressure jointed,the conditions of inclined elliptic load and asymmetrical cylinder were met,the control speed was decreased and the precision was not up to the requirements.Through structure analysis and parameters optimization to the double medium asymmetrical cylinder inclined elliptic load power control system,a new optimized general constraint equations suitable for load track being in inclined elliptic (including elliptical) were set up.The results show that a good step response curve is obtained,and motion control precision is obviously improved.%当负载轨迹为正椭圆时所建立的优化数学模型适合于对称油缸,体现出电液伺服动力控制机构具有快速、精确反应的控制特点.但在双介质增压型超高压联合式液压伺服动力机构研究中,遇到了斜椭圆负载与非对称缸的情况,控制速度下降,精度达不到要求.通过对双介质非对称缸斜椭圆负载动力控制系统进行结构分析与参数优化,建立了一种新的适合负载轨迹为斜椭圆(含正椭圆)的优化通用约束方程.结果表明:可以获得较好的阶跃响应曲线,运动控制精度明显提高.
