摘要

By using the systematic design concept,the overall model for a hydraulic impact type high velocity round bar cutting machine was designed in order to meet the production of fast and accurate cutting round bar stock or wire.Subsequently,the performance and production efficiency of the cutting machine were analyzed.This provides enlightenment and reference in the other cutting machine design.%为了满足生产中快速、精确地切割圆形棒料或线材,运用系统设计观念,设计出液压冲击式棒料快速切割机的整机模型,并分析切割机的性能、生产效率,对其他棒料切割机械的设计具有参考意义.
