基于5M滚齿机的约10000 mm大齿轮的加工

摘要

Improving the structure of the 5M gear hobbing,manufacturing auxiliary chuck,making scientific processing program,the processing of nearly 10 000 mm big gear was completed. It is realized the small machine tool can be used to machine big gear. Experience is accumulated for large gear processing.%　　对5M滚齿机进行技术改进，制造辅助卡盘，制定科学的加工方案，完成了约10000 mm大齿轮的加工，取得了采用小机床加工大齿轮的攻关成果，为大型齿轮加工积累了经验。
