So far the original test method and equipment for emulsion pump have disadvantages, such as severe energy waste. A novel experimental table was designed based on power recovery of cylinders for emulsion pump test, after analysis of the existing methods of power recovery. The components and working principles of the hydraulic system and control system were described, and the prototype was built. This experimental table has advantages of wide application, easy control and high ratio of power recovery.%目前乳化液泵的检测方法与设备存在耗能高、浪费大的不足.在综合分析现有各种功率回收方法利弊的基础上,设计一种基于液压缸功率回收的乳化液泵检测实验台,介绍该实验台液压系统与电控系统的构成、工作原理,并搭建样机进行试验.该实验台具有适用范围广、易于控制和功率回收系数高等优点.
