基于比刚度的牛头式电火花机床平滑枕结构设计与研究

         

摘要

The smooth pillow is a key component of the Tauren type Electric Discharge Machine (EDM),and the type is a typi-cal cantilever structure. Under the action of gravity and cutting force,as a weak link of a cantilever structure,smooth pillow is easy to deform,which reacts to the spindle,severely degraded the performance of machine tool. The stiffened plate structure of the Tauren type EDM's smooth pillow was analyzed,and a kind of new structure form was put forward. With the specific stiffness as evaluation princi-ple,the optimum structure scheme is gotten,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of Tauren EDM's moving parts.%平滑枕是牛头式电火花机床的关键部件,牛头式结构是典型的悬臂结构。在受到重力和加工力的作用下,作为悬臂结构的薄弱环节,平滑枕极易产生变形,从而反作用于主轴,严重降低机床的使用性能。对牛头式电火花机床平滑枕的筋板结构进行了分析,并提出了一种全新的结构形式。最后以比刚度为评价原则,得到最优的结构方案,为牛头式电火花机床机床运动部件的设计提供了理论依据。
