基于热致线膨胀与行程放大的温度势能自锁夹紧装置

         

摘要

The serious environment pollution makes green and sustainable development become an important issue.Clamping de-vice is widely used in manufacturing,so it is meaningful to design clamping device with features of high energy efficiency and non pol-lution.A novel clamping device was designed.The material’s thermal linear expansion was used as micro drive,and area effect stroke amplifier was used to magnify micro displacement to notable displacement.Thermal potential was used to maintain self-locking state. The new clamping device has the characteristics of high energy efficiency,non pollution,good self-locking property,and high stability.%在环境污染日益严峻的形势下,绿色可持续发展成为一项重要的议题。夹具是制造业中应用广泛的一种装置,设计一种能源利用率高、无污染的夹紧装置对于实现节能降耗有着重要意义。设计一种自锁夹紧装置,利用温度敏感材料产生线性热膨胀效应作为微位移驱动装置,结合行程放大机构将微量的位移放大为显著的位移,并利用驱动装置本身的温度势能保持自锁夹紧。此夹紧装置具有能源利用率高、无污染、自锁性能优良、稳定性好的优点。
