大尺寸零件视觉测量中图像拼接技术的研究现状

摘要

小尺寸高精度测量和局部拼接成整体的思路是实现大尺寸机械零件视觉测量的有效方法，其中图像拼接是关键技术之一。为甑别选用合适的拼接算法，详细研读相关资料，对现有的算法进行了总结并归类；分析新近出现的一些方法的拼接流程。研究指出：图像拼接方法可以分为两大主类别，主类别还可以进一步细分成多级子类。此外，一些新的方法也当归属于上述两大主类别。%A combination of two sets of ideas,i.e. ,high-precision measurement for small parts and making the whole from pieces,is valid approach for large size parts vision measurement. Image mosaic is one of essential technologies. In order to choose a suitable algorithm,the existing image mosaic algorithms were summarized and classified. The flows of the new algorithms were ana-lyzed. It is reported that image mosaic algorithms can be classified into two main groups,and can be further sub classified. These new algorithms also belong to the two main groups.
