介绍了成形设备的重载机械驱动技术及螺旋精压机的机械结构,重点介绍伺服控制系统的组成、工作原理、硬件和软件的设计,以达到速度和位置精确控制的目的。实验结果表明:系统能满足控制伺服螺旋精压机的功能要求,具有运动特性可变、速度可控等优越的加工性能。%Heavy duty mechanical driving technology and the mechanical structure of screw coining press were described. The composition and working principle of the servo control system were particularized,in order to achieve precise control of speed and posi-tion,focusing on the design of the control system's hardware and software. The experimental results show that the system meets func-tional requirements of screw coining press,and has superior performance of variable motion and speed controllable.
