电阻应变计在轧机伺服液压缸测试中的应用

摘要

针对液压AGC测试系统存在的不足，在原有测试系统的基础上设计了一种新的测试方案，主要改进在于用电阻应变计替代位移传感器。通过有限元仿真分析和重复静态实验，表明新方案具有可行性。%Aiming at the shortcomings of hydraulic AGC testing system,a new test method was designed based on the original testing system. Displacement sensor was replaced by the resistance strain gage as an improvement. Through the finite element simula-tion analysis and repeated static experiments,it is confirmed that the new method is feasible.
