Hydraulic AGC system is one of the key institutions of the strip thickness control in reversing four-high mill,the dy-namic performance of hydraulic AGC system will directly affect the accuracy of the strip thickness control. AMESim software was used to establish the position control model of hydraulic AGC system. Applying PID control strategy,the factors affecting the control per-formance were analyzed. So the performance of the hydraulic AGC system in reversing four-high mill was optimized.%可逆式四辊轧机液压AGC系统作为板带厚度控制的关键机构之一,其动态性能的优劣直接影响板带厚度控制精度。在AMESim软件中建立液压AGC系统的位置控制模型,加入PID控制策略,分析影响其控制性能的因素,从而使可逆式四辊轧机的液压位置压下系统的控制性能得到优化。
