滑片泵特性试验及性能曲线拟合

摘要

Performance test bed of sliding-vane pump was designed,characteristic test was conducted on Sub50-15/40 sliding-vane pump under 4 kinds of rotational speeds,10 differential pressure. The test results were analyzed. The relationship between the flow,the effective power,efficiency and differential pressure were described as well as the impact on various parameters when the safe-ty valve opened. The polynomial fitting for its performance curve was done based on the experimental data,the performance curve for-mulae were obtained. The fitting curves tally well with the experimental results,it is of practical value for technicians designing and u-sing sliding vane pump,matching with other types of pumps or improving the economic efficiency of pump operation.%设计了滑片泵试验平台，进行了Sub50-15／40滑片泵在4种转速、10个压差点下的试验，分析试验结果，阐述了流量、有效功率和效率与压差之间的关系及安全阀开启对各参数的影响。依据试验数据对其性能曲线进行了多项式拟合，得到性能曲线公式，拟合曲线和试验结果吻合良好，对相关技术人员设计使用滑片泵或与其他类型泵的串联匹配使用、提高泵运行经济效益有实用价值。
