高速多坐标数控机床双摆铣头制动方法分析

         

摘要

High-speed multi-axis CNC milling machine is the high technology product.With the development and improvement of motor-drive-technology,the milling head braking method is especially important for high-speed multi-axis CNC milling machine.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing braking methods were analyzed.A new braking method for milling head was raised.The mechanical model of the braking system is established,and the influence parameters were given.The analysis of braking method can provide theoretical basis for improving braking effect,machining accuracy and quality of CNC milling machines.%高速多坐标数控铣床是高技术含量的数控机床。随着电机传动技术的迅速发展和日趋完善,高速多坐标数控铣床的铣头制动显得尤为重要和关键。通过对现有制动方法优缺点的分析,提出一种新制动方法,建立了制动的力学模型,给出了影响制动的参数。研究内容为提高高速多坐标数控机床的制动效果、提高加工精度和质量提供了一定的理论依据。
