基于泵站的交换工作台液压控制系统

摘要

The hydraulic control system of Gantry machining center exchange table was introduced.By reasonable selection of hydraulic components and improving the design of the structure,the rack cylinder has its own start-stop buffer function when work table exchanging,and the impact of the table exchanging in process was effectively prevented.It achieves machining center parts replaced without stopping the machine,and greatly improves working efficiency and utilization of the machine tool.%介绍了龙门加工中心交换台液压控制系统，通过合理选用液压元件和结构的改进设计，使工作台交换时齿条油缸自身具有起停缓冲功能，有效防止了交换台交换过程中的冲击，实现了加工中心零件不停机更换，大幅度提高了机床工作效率和机床利用率。
