滚动功能部件寿命试验台传动机构的虚拟设计与运动仿真

         

摘要

根据滚动功能部件新产品寿命试验的要求,对寿命试验台的传动机构进行设计。在完成结构设计的基础上,运用Pro/E软件对其进行三维实体建模和虚拟装配,运用ANSYS软件对机构关键零件进行应力分析,并用Pro/E软件的机构分析模块Mechanism对其进行运动仿真分析。仿真结果显示:该寿命试验台传动机构的设计能够满足试验要求,为该试验台整体设计及优化提供了技术支持,缩短设计周期,节约研制经费。%According to life test requirements of rolling functional unit new product,transmission mechanism of the life test-bed was designed. Based on the structural design,Pro/E was applied to the three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly. ANSYS was applied to the stress analysis for key part of the mechanism. Furthermore,kinematic simulation and analysis were conducted under the Mechanism module of Pro/E. The simulation results show that the design of transmission mechanism for rolling functional unit life test-bed can meet the test requirements. It provides technique supports for integral design and optimization of the test-bed. The design cycle is shortened and the research cost is saved.
