双轨道棒材打捆机拧丝装置的研究

摘要

在对国内外多种棒材打捆机拧丝装置的研究基础上，提出一种新型拧丝装置。介绍该拧丝装置的机械结构、液压系统及PLC控制原理。拧丝装置是棒材打捆机的核心部件，它以液压油为动力， PLC控制实现拧丝装置的动作。该拧丝装置可边拧紧边前进，克服了拧丝头原地打转导致盘条拧断的缺陷，可实现防脱和挤平动作，省去了打捆机上独立的防脱和挤平机构。%On the basis of researching domestic and foreign baling machine�s twisting wire device, a new kind of twisting wire de⁃vice was described. The twisting wire device�s mechanical structure, hydraulic system and the PLC control principle were introduced. Twisting wire device was the core of the automatic baling machine which was powered by hydraulic oil and controlled by PLC to fulfill the action of the twisting wire device. The twist wire device could tighten while moving forward, thus the defect of wire rod wring due to the screw thread head spining around was overcome and the independent escapement and crowded flat organization of the baling ma⁃chine were saved.
