负流量控制机构伺服阀参数对变量泵的动态特性影响研究

摘要

The servo valve orifice area of negative flow control mechanism in the variable⁃displacement pump was analyzed. The mathematical model of the negative flow control mechanism of variable⁃displacement pumps was established, and the simulation was carried out using SIMULINK. The influence of dimension parameters of the valve orifice on the dynamic characteristic of negative flow controlled variable⁃displacement pump was analyzed. Valuable reference is provided for the design of servo valve orifice.%对变量泵的负流量控制机构伺服阀的阀口过流面积进行了解析，并运用SIMULINK对变量泵负流量控制进行数学建模与仿真，分析了阀口的尺寸参数对变量泵动态特性的影响，为伺服阀阀口的设计提供有价值的参考。
