车削材料对刀具振动特性影响的试验研究

         

摘要

采用两种试验方案分别对相同直径的铝棒和尼龙棒进行相同车削参数的车削试验,利用嵌入式振动信号分析仪及压电加速度传感器,拾取刀杆表面的振动信号,通过频域分析,得到了两种车削试验方案中各个振动信号最大自功率谱密度的均值ρ随车削参数的变化规律。研究表明:保持主轴转速及背吃刀量不变,随着进给速度的增加,车削铝棒时的均值ρ减少而车削尼龙棒时的均值ρ增大,使得较高进给速度下车削尼龙时的均值ρ反而高于车削铝棒。较低进给速度下,车削铝棒时刀具表面的振动比车削尼龙棒时的振动强烈,其均值ρ是车削尼龙棒时的4.02倍;保持进给速度及背吃刀量不变时,随着主轴转速的增加,相应于两种材料的车削振动均值ρ先增加后减少。转速少于700 r/min时,铝棒的ρ值增加缓慢,尼龙材料的ρ值迅速增加,并超过铝棒;主轴转速较低时,车削铝棒比车削尼龙棒所引起的车削振动剧烈。转速超过700 r/min时,两种车削材料相应的ρ值均降低,最后均值ρ趋于一致。%The turning experiments with the same turning parameters and two different schemes were carried out on the aluminum rod and the nylon rod of the same diameter, and by the embedded vibration signal analyzer and piezoelectric acceleration sensor the vi-bration signal of the tool surface were obtained, then by the frequency domain analysis, the changing rule of the average valueρof the maximum self-power spectral density in all turning experiments of the two experimental schemes with cutting parameters were obtained. The studied indicates that keeping the spindle speed and back cutting depth unchanged, with the increase of feed speed, the average value ρ in turning aluminum bar reduces whileρin turning nylon bar increases, which makes that at the bigger feed speed the average value ρin turning nylon bar is higher instead than that in turning aluminum rod. At the lower feed rate, the vibration of the cutting tool surface in turning aluminum rod is stronger than that in turning the nylon rod, and the average value is 4. 02 times that of the nylon rod. Keeping the feed rate and back cutting depth unchanged, with the increase of the spindle speed, the average valueρof the turning vi-bration corresponding to the two kinds of turning materials increased at first and then reduced. When the spindle speed is less than 700 r/min, the average value ρ in turning aluminum rod increased slowly while the average valueρin turning the nylon material increased rapidly and was more than that in turning aluminum rod. When the spindle speed is lower, the tool vibration in turning the aluminum rod is more severe than that in the turning of the nylon rod. When the spindle speed is more than 700 r/min, both the average valuesρ corresponding to the two turning material reduced and at last their values tended to the same.
