Whether the hydraulic system design is reasonable plays a key role on the whole performance.Therefore, analysis of hydraulic system for understanding the performance of the machine is very necessary.The principle of the hydraulic system of the traveling device was studied.The simulation analysis model of the traveling hydraulic system was established based on AMESim.After determining the simu-lation parameters, the model was analyzed.The speed characteristic curves and the pressure characteristic curves of oil ports of the traveling hydraulic system were gotten.The accuracy and reasonableness of the design were analyzed and verified.It provides theoretical basis and research methods for such systems optimization design and improved design.
