并行存储策略在裤袜自动包装机中的应用

摘要

A parallel storage strategy was presented based on technical process of typical packaging machines of pantyhose. The working principle of parallel storage strategy was set forth. The actual application on an automatic packaging machine, model SD12 manufactured by TECNOPEA, indicated that the parallel storage strategy was very adaptable and high reliable. Using this method can effectively improve the efficiency and reduce the breakdown ratio of the automatic packaging machine.%在介绍典型裤袜包装机的工艺流程基础上提出了一种并行存储策略,阐述了并行存储策略的工作原理.在TEC-NOPEA生产的SD12型裤袜自动包装机上的实际应用表明:并行存储策略具有适应能力强、 可靠性高的优点,采用该方法可有效提高裤袜自动包装机的包装效率和故障排除能力.
