基于AMESim的输油臂残留油品回收装置研究

     

摘要

港口输油臂外臂中的油品因一直没有相应的回收装置而不得不无偿排入到装油船舶中,造成油品公司大量的经济损失。在深入分析输油臂控制系统原理及防爆安全性要求的基础上,采用自动液控技术,以输油臂原有液压系统为动力,开发出一种输油臂残留油品回收装置,详细介绍了该装置的工作原理。针对回收装置采用AMESim软件建立了残油回收仿真模型并进行了仿真研究,详细分析了仿真结果。结果表明:该装置方案设计合理、运行可靠、可有效实现输油臂残油的回收。%The oil in the outboard arm of loading arms has to be discharged into loading oil ships with no value, which is great economical loss of oil companies, since there isn’ t corresponding recovery device all long. According to the principle of loading arms hydraulic control system and the explosion⁃proof safety requirements, a new kind of residual oil recovery unite was developed, using au⁃tomatic hydraulic control technology and the original dynamics power of loading arms hydraulic system, the principle was introduced in detail. The operation simulation model was built by AMESim, applying numerical simulation to research the operation and analyze the simulation results. The simulation results show that the design is reasonable, the operation is reliable and the device can realize residual oil recovery effectively.
