By analyzing the system parameters of the vertical adjustment device of gantry straightener, calculation methods of hy⁃draulic spring stiffness and mechanical load stiffness of this system were obtained, and the coupling characteristic between hydraulic and mechanical load was analyzed, and the comprehensive stiffness and natural frequency without damping of hydraulic servo control system of vertical adjustment device were gotten, and a method to improve response characteristics of system was proposed. It provides theoretical basis for optimization design of hydraulic servo control system of gantry straightener.%通过对龙门式矫直机垂直调整装置系统参数的分析,得到该系统的液压弹簧刚度和机械负载刚度的计算方法,并对液压与机械负载的耦合特性进行分析,得到垂直调整装置液压伺服控制系统的综合刚度和系统无阻尼固有频率,提出一种提高系统响应特性的方法,为龙门式矫直机液压伺服控制系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。
