陶瓷零件快速成型机铺料系统的研究

             

摘要

陶瓷零件是目前研究的热点,基于层合速凝技术的陶瓷零件快速成型机具有很广的应用价值。针对快速成型机的铺料系统,对铺料台升降装置、水平运动装置和料斗装置的结构进行实体建模。利用ADAMS软件对最终执行部件铺料台进行运动学分析,模拟了装置在实际运行过程中的受力和工作情况,得到了铺料台在竖直方向的速度、加速度和丝杠螺母之间的受力情况曲线图。结果表明:铺料台可以平稳运行。验证了结构的可行性,为物理样机的研制提供了一种新的思路和理论依据。%The ceramic parts are the focus of current research, rapid prototyping machine for ceramic parts based on laminated rapid solidification technology has a very broad application value. According to the paving system of rapid prototyping machine, the sol⁃id models of the paving platform lifting device, the horizontal movement device, and the hopper device were established. The kinemat⁃ics analysis for the final execution component paving platform was carried out by using the ADAMS software, to simulate the force and work of the device in the course of the actual operation. The curves about the velocity, acceleration and force between the screw and nut in the vertical direction of the paving platform were gotten. The results show that the paving platform can run smoothly. So the feasibility of the structure is verified. It provides new idea and theoretical basis for the development of the physical prototype.
