Slender shaft is often adopted chuck-thimble type clamping method for processing .It is difficult to ensure the precision after processing due to the low stiffness and rigidity different at different locations .In order to solve problems of lower accuracy and im-prove the precision, a new process of three-dimensional (3D) moving cutting fluid servo mirror support is designed .The dimensional error mathematical model based on cutting fluid follower radial support elongate shaft machining process was established .Finally, the reliability of cutting fluid follower mirroring support process was verified by experiment .The results show this process can ensure higher precision than the machine process with rest support .%细长轴常采用卡盘-顶针式装夹方式进行加工,由于刚度较低且不同位置处刚度不同,从而难以保证加工后的精度.针对细长轴加工时精度较低的问题,设计了三维移动切削液随动镜像支撑细长轴加工工艺方法来提高加工精度,并建立切削液随动镜像支撑加工细长轴的尺寸误差数学模型.最后,通过细长轴加工实验验证了切削液随动镜像支撑加工工艺方法的可靠性.实验结果表明:切削液随动镜像支撑加工相比跟刀架支撑加工可以使细长轴获得更高的加工精度.
